Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University where she earned B.A. in Elementary and Special Education. After graduating college, she taught for six years as a K-3 special education teacher and an elementary classroom teacher. Julie first fell in love with Kindermusik when she visited a Kindermusik classroom with her first baby. She immediately became passionate about the value of Kindermusik not only for her own children, but for all children. She began teaching with Kathy’s Music in 2011.
Julie is dedicated personally and professionally to fostering children’s full learning potential. In the Kindermusik classroom, she is committed to creating a nurturing, safe learning environment while providing stimulating, rich learning experiences that promote a child’s emotional and intellectual growth. Julie has watched both her daughters excel intellectually, musically and emotionally because of Kindermusik being part of their lives. She is committed to providing each child with the same fundamental building blocks that will stay with them for life.
