Payments do not run at the time of registration. We run payments on the 1^st day of the month.

For School Year Enrollments between September and May: Your registration fee is run at the time of enrollment. If you are enrolled for the school year, tuition payments run from September to May.

If you are enrolled for Summer Camps, the payments runs at the time of enrollment. If you are enrolled for Summer Lessons, we take the total cost of summer lessons and run 1 payment in June.

Download the Kathy’s Music App. Then Login to our Customer Portal using your email address and setup a password. Once logged in, select Billing information and update as needed.

All registrations for the school year (September to May) are charged an Annual Registration fee of $45 per student. This fee is non-refundable. This includes private lessons, group lessons, and Kindermusik classes.

The summer registration fee for an 8-week Kindermusik session is $25. There is no registration fee for summer private lessons.

You can pause enrollment at the end of any month by filling out the Student Hub -> Change My Enrollment form online or use the Kathy’s Music App. We recommend at least 6-8 weeks of Kindermusik classes and Lessons to give a child or student time to transition and adapt to the new rituals and routines of class/lessons.

The form must be received by the last business day of the month, in order to process it and avoid payment on the first day of the month.

We can help! Students can transfer to another day/time on our schedule at any location where there is availability at any point in the year. Fill out the Parent Resources -> Change My Enrollment form online and help us learn more. Our team will help you find another class that is more convenient.

Yes you can!  You have unlimited makeup classes as long as you are continuously enrolled in Kindermusik. Book your makeups using your Parent Portal Account found in our Kathys’ Music App within 60 days of the absence.

Students will have the ability to book in-person makeup lessons for eligible absences with their teacher during the school year. Limit of 4 (2 in the Fall and 2 in the Spring). An eligible absence is one submitted via the Parent Portal. For ineligible absences, students receive a customized Missed Lesson Assignment in Practice Space. Private Lesson families are also invited to attend lessons virtually if they cannot be in the studio in person. 

Your child can promote up any time during the school year according to birthdate and development. We do not rush children ahead. Often parents choose to move up in September, January, and summer for convenient scheduling.

We recommend that students in Levels 3, 4, 5 stay in their level for the entire school year in much the same way that a child would enroll for a year of preschool.

Download the Kindermusik App to your smartphone and login using the email address that you have on file with our school. Setup a password and begin streaming music from anywhere using your phone. The Kindermusik App also provides hundreds of extra songs for you and your family to enjoy 7 days a week! There are books, games, and videos available as well.

Your Kindermusik tuition includes weekly classes, digital music for each album featured in class, a set of digital resources for each album online, plus a personal instrument kit that varies by age.  Every registration includes unlimited makeup classes as long as you are enrolled.

No. We do not rent or sell instruments. We do offer recommendations for acquiring an instrument.

Our school year students are invited to participate in VIP re-enrollment for a fall lesson day/time during early April.  Returning students register through their teacher to obtain their preferred day/time.

Note: Private lesson students are automatically enrolled for 6 summer lessons. Parents can change or cancel summer lessons using the Change My Enrollment form online by May 31st.

Kindermusik students are invited to confirm their class reservations for fall during VIP Enrollment during early April using the Parent Portal available in the Kathy’s Music App.  New Kindermusik families can register for fall classes in mid-April.

Kindermusik families are NOT automatically re-enrolled for summer classes. Rather we invite families to enroll for an 8-week session. Concurrent classes are available making it easy to bring your whole family at one time each week.

PROCESS TO CHANGE/CANCEL ENROLLMENT:If you need to transfer to another class or “pause” your enrollment, use the “Change My Enrollment” form online under “Student Hub.” We must receive a change request by the last business day of the month to avoid charges for the next month. Look for a confirmation email to confirm that your change request has been received and processed.

Once a payment runs for the month, no refunds or discounts will be given. If your schedule has changed, please help us learn more using the “Change My Enrollment” form and we will assist with a list of alternative class/lesson times (if available) so that you can continue with classes/lessons.

Music Artistry Program:
Most students start with a 30 minute private lesson through our Music Artistry program. We offer 45 minute and 60 minute lessons for students who are looking for more advanced instruction.

We often do audition coaching, which often required 3 hours of instructions, 60 minutes at a time.

Piano Corner and Studio Singers group classes are 45 minutes each.

Kindermusik Program:
Kindermusik classes are 45 minutes with parents for babies and toddlers. Our Kindermusik classes for preschoolers are 45 minutes without a parent. Kindermusik Young Child/ Level 4 & 5 classes are 60 minutes without a parent.

Our Drop-Off Summer Camps vary from 90 to 120 minutes a day for 4 days in a row.
Our Ukulele Summer Camps are 2 hours a day for 4 days in a row if in person.
Our Virtual Music & Art Camps run for 1 hour in the morning for music class via Zoom. Then there is a recorded art lesson available, followed by a 1 hour open studio class with the art teacher via zoom.

Students are invited to perform a selection at any one of our performances below. There is no obligation, no charge to attend, and no charge to participate.

February – Winter Ensemble Concert featuring our Music Artistry Orchestra, flute choir, vocal ensemble, and more.
March – Coffee House
April – Music Festival. Students are invited to perform 2 selection for an adjudicator with corresponding scales. Written feedback is provided along with a certificate.
