How to Purchase and Redeem a Physical Kathy’s Music Gift Card:

• Click the link above and fill out the form. You will receive an email confirmation.
• When the request for purchase is reviewed by our office, the payment will run against your card. You will receive an email confirmation of payment.
• We will mail you a gift card along with information about our program, UNLESS you specify a different mailing address.
• The gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase and can be used towards Kindermusik Classes or Music Artistry lessons only.
• Ready to use a gift card? Email our office at Info@KathysMusic.com and we will happily apply these cards to your account.
