Skylar Bunk – Director of the South Hills Chorale Winter Concert

Our very own Skylar Bunk, an inspiring piano and voice teacher at Kathy’s Music, will be conducting the South Hills Chorale’s Winter Concert this December. With Skylar at the helm, this concert promises to be a beautiful and heartwarming celebration of the season.

William Garcia – A Busy December with Local Orchestras

William Garcia, one of our esteemed cello teachers, is busy this December performing with several local orchestras. His rich experience as a performer makes him a sought-after musician for holiday concerts, and we’re thrilled to see him sharing his talent with the community.

Ellen Perkins – Spreading Holiday Cheer in Downtown Pittsburgh

Ellen Perkins, vocal and piano instructor, will be spreading holiday cheer at the annual Holiday Market in Market Square in downtown Pittsburgh. Ellen will be performing Christmas songs that are sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

Josie Kost – Holiday Performances in the Region

Josie Kost, an accomplished flutist and Kindermusik instructor at Kathy’s Music, will be performing in two exciting holiday events this December. Josie’s performances are known for their dynamic energy and expressive musicality, so be sure not to miss these special shows.

Cecilia Caughman – Cello Fury’s Holiday Concerts & More

Cecilia Caughman, one of our talented cello instructors, is taking part in several exciting performances this holiday season with the group Cello Fury. Their electrifying cello performances are a must-see, combining classical mastery with modern energy. Cecilia is also involved in other performances, including a tour with David Arkenstone.

Jillian McCord & Jonathan Ross – New Album Release

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do at Kathy’s Music, and we’re excited to celebrate the creative partnership between two of our talented instructors, Jillian McCord and Jonathan Ross. While Jillian continues to inspire students here, Jonathan, now based in New York City, has teamed up with her to release their new album, Mind Like the Sky. This project showcases their unique blend of folk and rock, reflecting the power of collaboration in music. We are delightd to share their music with you!
